No Cash Refunds

All sales are final. We do not offer cash refunds under any circumstances.

Exchange Policy

• You may exchange your purchase within 14 days of delivery, provided:
  • The product is in original, unused condition with all tags attached.
  • The original ZAID packaging is intact.
• Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Sale & Discounted Items

• If an item's price is reduced during a promotion, exchanges will be processed at the current discounted price.

Non-Exchangeable Items

The following items cannot be exchanged:

• Fragrances
• Accessories (jewelry, bags, sunglasses, belts, etc.)
• Undergarments

Damaged or Defective Items

• Report damaged/defective items within 3 days of delivery.
• If approved, a store credit (coupon) of equal value will be issued, redeemable only online.
• No replacements or cash refunds will be provided.

Processing Time

• Exchanges and claims may take 1-2 weeks to process.

Discount Codes & Promotions

• If a discount code was used on the original purchase, it cannot be reused for the exchanged item.
• Exchanges will be processed at the original invoice value; no additional promo codes will be applied.
